On April 25th, (click here to watch it again), two businessmen from the area affected by the threat of a mine told us how mining would affect their businesses:

  • Ángel told us, among many other things, how he felt when he was told that they would have to cut down more than 3,000 holm oaks on his land.
  • César explained how a mine would throw away much of the work done in recent years, as well as the environmental and heritage value of the area among many other topics.

Next, we will interview online two activists who have already faced this threat. They will tell us their experience first-hand: the modus operandi of these speculator companies, their promises and the reality they leave behind.
